Our Team

Eliza joined Bourne Partners in June 2025 as an analyst, where she supports deal execution and contributes to the firm’s private equity coverage and origination initiatives.

Before joining Bourne Partners, Eliza gained experience as a summer analyst at Great Point Partners, a middle-market healthcare private equity firm.

She earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Business from Emory University, where she was recognized as a Sonny Carter Scholar. A standout student-athlete, Eliza competed on the varsity tennis team and served as team captain for three years.

Outside of work, Eliza enjoys playing tennis, running, and learning to play the guitar.
